SC wants Delhi to be free of stray dogs, says round up all canines in shelters and pounds

The apex court warned that any individual or organisation hindering with rounding up of stray dogs will face contempt of court action. "Any resistance by individuals or organisation will be viewed seriously. It will be liable to face contempt."
